Objeto: Par de colmillos de marfil
Técnica: marfil, peana en piedra y abrazadera de bronce.

Este par de colmillos se encontraban oscurecidos por acumulación de suciedad, pero el daño más grave consistía en una fractura y pérdida del hueso en la base de uno de ellos, lo que hacía imposible el montaje en la peana de piedra. El trabajo de restauración se inició eliminando el material cementicio que rellenaba esta zona y se volvió a rellenar con una resina epóxica. Sobre ésta se trabajó el acabado con yeso fino muy pulido y acuarelas para dar el tono y aspecto del marfil.
